The Astral Service.
Service is our most important commitment to our customers. Our surveys clearly identified a major problem in this area with Facility Managers finding a large amount of their time, sometimes being taken up with chasing supplier to honour their agreed service call times.
ASTRAL HYGIENE has, therefore, incorporated the following service commitment to its customers.
- Instead of our contract stating that we will call 12 times per year (as some of the larger companies do, though they usually call 8 times per annum), we specify that we will call every 30 days.
- A record card on site at every customer that our service personnel have to fill in on each visit.
- We allocate a dedicated account manager to each customer. Customers have a single point of contact for all their queries with a mobile phone contact, though they may, of course ring head office at any time.
